Women’s Basketball Introduces 4 signings for the 2023-24 Season
Lake Region State College women’s basketball program has added four more signees to a talented 2023 recruiting class.
Lake Region State College women’s basketball program has added four more signees to a talented 2023 recruiting class. Over the past couple weeks, the program has announced the signings of Kiara Holweger, Amayah Brown-Grindeland, Nicole Lillard and Kelsey Crossan.
“I am thrilled for these four signees to join our five early signees in what shapes to be a great recruiting class for our program. Next season should be an exciting year for our program, we have a great balance of returning and incoming talent that is going to give us a chance to compete for a MonDak Championship” said Coach Clark.

Kiara Holweger
Grand Forks Central | Forward
“Kiara is an extremely athletic guard/forward, with great size and length that allows her to guard multiple positions. I truly believe her best basketball is ahead of her and I’m excited to see the player she becomes” Coach Clark
Amayah Brown-Grindeland
Richfield High School | Guard
“Excited to have Amayah join our program. Amayah is an extremely hard worker and it shows every time she plays. Oh and let me tell you… she can shoot the THREE” Coach Clark
Nicole Lillard
Champlin Park | Guard
